Booking Engines & Payment Processing
Accommodation bookings are processed via a third-party booking platform, NightsBridge. When you make a booking, you are redirected to NightsBridge, where your booking and payment details are securely collected and processed under their privacy policy and security protocols. Saronsberg Cellar does not directly process or store payment card data. For further details, please refer to the NightsBridge privacy policy directly.
As part of our analytics and advertising efforts, we use Google Tag Manager (GTM) on the NightsBridge booking engine to collect booking data (such as room type, rates, extras, dates, and transaction values) and track conversions. In some cases, limited personal identifiers (such as email address or phone number) may be securely hashed before being transmitted to advertising platforms for audience creation or targeted advertising purposes.
Shopify Store
Our website contains links to an external online store operated via Shopify. Purchases made through this store are processed entirely within the Shopify platform under Shopify’s independent privacy policy. Saronsberg Cellar does not process or store any payment data from Shopify purchases directly on this website.
Mailing List & Marketing Communications

Deposit & Payment Terms

A deposit or full pre-payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.

Accommodation payments can be made via bank transfer (EFT) or securely by credit card through the NightsBridge booking platform.

For EFT payments, please use your invoice number as reference and email proof of payment to relax@saronsberg.com or events@saronsberg.com.

No pets allowed – Saronsberg is a strictly non-pet-friendly establishment.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to property, furnishings, fittings or equipment during their stay or event. Saronsberg reserves the right to charge for repair or replacement as required.
Special Offers & Promotions
Specials, promotions, offers, or discounted rates may not be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or special rate, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing at the time of booking. All specials, promotions, or offers are subject to availability and may be amended, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice. However, once a reservation is confirmed in writing, all secured bookings will be honoured at the agreed rate and terms applicable at the time of booking.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
All reservations must be made in writing and will be confirmed in writing. Full pre-payment of all booked services is required prior to arrival. All cancellations or booking amendments must be submitted in writing to relax@saronsberg.com or events@saronsberg.com.
Cancellation Charges

100% cancellation fee if cancelled 6 days or fewer prior to arrival, including no-shows.

75% cancellation fee if cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival.

50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 15 and 21 days prior to arrival.

25% cancellation fee if cancelled between 22 and 30 days prior to arrival.

No cancellation fee applies if cancelled 31 or more days prior to arrival.
