The Saronsberg Viognier is a multi-award winner. The 2016 vintage has received SAWi's top cultivar award. A light straw in colour, it brandishes a nose of subtle floral notes along with pear, apricot and honey. Expect a velvety, lush, mouth-filling palate with flavours of gentle spice, yellow fruit and light oak. The aftertaste is refreshing and balanced. Though this Viognier spent 11 months in oak, it is still fresh and vibrant. Pair it with foods with gentle spicy aromas and flavours.
